On March 4, 2026, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Faculty of Arts of the Technical University of Košice (FU TUKE) and the City of Prešov. The memorandum was signed by the Mayor of Prešov, Ing. František Oľha, and the Dean of the Faculty of Arts TUKE, doc. Mgr. art. Ing. Richard Kitta, ArtD.
 

The objective of this partnership is to develop joint activities in the fields of the creative industry, design, visual arts, and architecture, while strengthening the cultural and creative potential of the Eastern Slovak region. This cooperation establishes a framework for new projects, artistic interventions, and collaborative initiatives across multiple institutions.
